Absolutely, our program is flexible and can accommodate irregular nursing schedules, including night shifts and long hours.
You can manually adjust the three programmed workouts and two 30-minute low-intensity steady-state cardio sessions per week to better suit your availability and preferences.
No, you don't necessarily need a gym membership. Our program offers both an at-home, or at-gym option. For the at-home program, all you'll need are some resistance bands and two sets of dumbbells. We generally go through what you need in the onboarding process.
